Processing and delivery

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

Contact us with your order number if a parcel is delayed or missing. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging when possible. This reporting request does not restrict statutory rights.
